Lowry Avenue is currently closed between Washington Street and Central Avenue. Please take the detour route using Central Avenue, Broadway Street Northeast, and University Avenue. See the map below for additional details.

Parking

Short-term parking is available in the St. Clement Church parking lot on Lowry Ave. between Jackson St. NE and Central Ave and on Quincy St. NE and NE Jackson Street. Please no parking in our alley or the NE Tattoo parking lot.
